Wow…just wow. I had only seen a little bit of a preview for this film, so wasn’t sure what to expect before I went to see it last weekend. I know that the term “visually stunning” is thrown around a lot, but if anything fits the name it’s this.
The lighting, mood, action, and cinematography in this were just amazing, not to mention that it had a great story as well. The reviews are predictably whining about the lack of plot and storyline, the “comic book” origin, and on and on. Screw them. This is a feast for the eyes, and has some great moments.
See it in a theater if you can before it’s gone!
