A few weeks back, my son Casey was having art class and the topic was Graphic Arts. Casey mentioned that was what I did for a living, and the class took a look at my gallery website.
Mrs. Foree is the Art teacher at Spring Creek Elementary, and she thought it might be nice if I could give a talk about what I do, and how some of it’s done. So last Monday, I gave a talk to the 5th grade classes and showed my artwork, as well as an introduction to 2D and 3D Art on the computer, and talked about my job at Insomniac Games.
I had a great time, and wanted to thank Mrs. Foree, Spring Creek Elementary School, and all the students who came to the assembly! Click on the image below for a larger view.

I am still very busy with my artwork project at the University of Copenhagen. A Danish software house has asked me to develop together with them a new 3D engine with advanced lightning techniques, (this as a sidetrack of my current project). Since I excel on territory of higher mathematics and graphically this is a very interesting challenge for me.
